Heather is our Operations Manager and Office Manager. She began her career in late 2006 when she joined us as an intern during her junior year of college at NC State University. Heather is responsible for overseeing operations across our firm to enhance the quality of our client relationships. Her primary focus is improving our internal processes through portfolio administration and growth management. She also oversees our internship program and assists with our marketing efforts.
